The North Pole Experience is an immersive, choose-your-own-adventure event that transports guests to a bustling North Pole town, complete with an elf bunkhouse, candy castle, historical museum, and elf workshop.
Unlike traditional photo ops or museums, our North Pole invites you on a unique journey designed for discovery. With no set path, you’re free to roam at your own pace, uncovering magical surprises and hidden wonders at every turn.

**Please note, each ticket is for entry into the event and :35-:40 to explore before being taken to see Santa. The amount of exploration, discovery & play available exceeded the time in the experience.
Experience a truly personalized visit to Santa as part of your North Pole Journey! With no lines and no waiting, a guide will greet you when it’s time and lead your group down a magical path straight to Santa himself.
The journey begins by walking into a magic storybook that leads to a 100 foot long tunnel of lights, brining you to your personal Santa meeting.
Santa will be on site this entire weekend!!

Note:and some weekdays do not have Santa. Santa is guaranteed to be there on Saturdays, Sundays and the 23rd. In place of Santa, we are offering family photos in our Santa room.
This year we are limiting capacity to the attraction in order to give each guest their own time and space to explore.
